General

All services offered by Wishing Moon Ltd are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

The information contained within it should at no time be regarded as legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial fact. Any actions taken by you the customer are solely your choice and your responsibility. Any opinions expressed in readings are those of the individual Reader and not necessarily the opinions of Wishing Moon Ltd.

All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded this is a requirement of PhonepayPlus in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Whilst Wishing Moon Ltd believes all readers to be the best available, they are self employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Wishing Moon Ltd does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Wishing Moon Ltd will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.53 per minute from a BT line, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.

Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute from a landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher. Service Provider Eircom UK, Calls are recorded and are of a psychic nature only, for entertainment, 18+ , Helpline +353 190 14576

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made. All credit/debit card calls are charged at £32.95 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.50 per minute there after. (18+)

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3,Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.

The charge for our Live Psychic Service (TEXT ANGEL) is £1.50 per message received, Tarot service £3.00 for three cards, Horoscope £1.50 per week. The Horoscope service is a subscription service and texts will be sent daily and charged weekly. To stop the service text “Stop” to 84184 (18+)

Complaints

In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)

Credit Card Reading Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes.

In the unlikely event of a client not connecting to the second reader we will refund you in full. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Wishing Moon Ltd (trading as Pure Insight) discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Use of Data

Wishing Moon Ltd (trading as Pure Insight) is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter.

We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. ICSTIS or REGTEL.

Barring of Access

Wishing Moon Ltd (trading as Pure Insight) may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances:

User has misused our services in anyway
is abusive to company employees or readers
has committed an act of fraud against Wishing Moon Ltd (trading as Pure Insight) or any of its associated companies
Legal Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
